Elastic Cord, Latex Core, Round, Sky Blue, Polyester, 2mm

This 2mm, Round, Sky Blue, Elastic, Beading Cord, also known as bungee cord, is an elastic cord composed of one or more elastic strands forming a core, usually covered in a woven nylon or polyester sheath.

The sheath does not materially extend elastically, but it is braided with its strands spiraling around the latex core so that a pull causes it to squeeze the core.

Manufactured from high strength textured Polyester yarn and natural extruded rubber. The hardwearing material has a soft texture yet is extraordinarily strong and easy to tie a knot.

It has a quality of being stretched and then returning to its original shape and length.
